Researching a source IP address

AlertAdvisor and Hacker ID* can help you determine the physical location and other information about the source IP address or destination IP address in an alert. Follow these steps:

1. Submit an alert to AlertAdvisor. How?
2. In AlertAdvisor, open the Hacker ID tab. This tab will display available information about the IP address that was submitted.
